D-SVR Solutions attaches great importance to your privacy and the protection of your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain transparently which data we collect, why, and what rights you have — in line with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Which data do we collect?
We only collect data that is necessary for our services or communication:
- Identification and contact details (name, e-mail address, company name) that you provide yourself via our contact form or by e-mail.
- The content of your message, so we can answer your question correctly.
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, device) that your browser sends automatically and that is needed for the operation and security of the website.
- Usage statistics — only when you give consent via the cookie banner (see point 7).
3. What do we use your data for?
- Answering your question or preparing a quote.
- Performing an agreement when you become a client.
- Securing and improving our website.
- Complying with legal obligations (e.g. accounting).
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent (e.g. when filling in the contact form or accepting analytical cookies), the performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in securing our services.
5. How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Requests via the contact form are kept for up to 24 months. Data relating to an agreement is kept for as long as legally required (including the 7-year accounting retention obligation). Statistical data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
6. Sharing with third parties
Your data is never sold. We only share it with trusted processors who help us deliver our services, or when we are legally obliged to. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties.

7. Cookies and statistics
Our website places only necessary cookies by default. Analytical cookies (Google Analytics 4) are only placed after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner. As long as you do not give consent, no script from Google is loaded at all, so your IP address is not sent to Google either.
If you do give consent, we use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2 and IP anonymisation. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of every page. Read more in our cookie policy.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures (such as TLS encryption and access restrictions) to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data;
- have your data corrected or erased;
- restrict processing or object to it;
- withdraw your consent;
- have your data transferred (data portability).
You can submit a request via info@dsvr-solutions.com. We respond within 30 days. Not satisfied? You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page, stating the date of the last change.
